Philadelphia, PA: Flyers Target Local CollegesThis is a featured page

What region is affected? (City, County, State)
Philadelphia, PA
What voters would be affected? College students seem to be the main target here.
How would tactic suppress votes?
There have been several anonymous fliers posted around the Drexel campus claiming that on election day people with outstanding tickets and warrants will be arrested when they try to vote. Below is a copy of what they say.

Voter Supression Flier
Who is behind it? Anonymous poster. Despite their claim that this information came from an Obama rally I am guessing they are a McCain supporter as they are targeting students in Philadelphia.
Links to media/blog coverage? (provide headline with link, writer, name of outlet/blog and publication date. try to list most recent at top)
Possible laws violated? Pennsylvania Code Section 3547
What's the last known status? This has been getting some local press pointing out that this flier is false and can be considered voter suppression. The fliers have been taken down but may pop up again. It was reported to DOJ in late September.
What actions can be taken?
