| How would tactic suppress votes? | Party threatened to use home foreclosure lists to prevent voters registered at those addresses from voting. In addition to anybody who's unable to prove their current address at the polls, the threat of humiliation is likely to deter many foreclosed homeowners and their families from even attempting to vote. |
